Lifeline
Niezwykła piosenka powstała przez współpracę Imogen Heap oraz internautów udzielających się na twitterowym tagu #heapsong1.
Proces okazał się nie być łatwy, masa sampli przesyłana przez użytkowników, a wszystko działo się pod czujnym okiem kamery. Cały zapis znajdziecie na podstronce Imogen poświęconej właśnie #heapsong1 (żeby przeglądać nagrania z kolejnych dni korzystajcie z menu na samej górze strony, jest dość małe i łatwo umyka ;).
Kiedy przyszedł czas na słowa, Imogen poprosiła użytkowników by Ci nadsyłali pojedyncze słowa, z których stworzyła taki tekst:

Śledzenie kolejnych etapów powstawania #lifeline (bo na taki tag została później przeniesiona akcja), było mocnym doświadczeniem. Niesamowity jest dla mnie efekt końcowy - 4 minuty i 50 sekund piosenki, która już od pierwszej sekundy niesie ze sobą masę emocji i wiele różnych historii. Lifeline to jeden z tych kawałków, które stają się siłą napędową i inspiracją.
Piosenkę możecie kupić przez internet jako digipack (z dwiema wersjami instrumentalnymi, klipem oraz nagraniem, w którym Imogen opowiada o samplach, które wybrała do piosenki) za jedyne 12zł lub samą piosenkę za około 3zł. Gorąco polecam!
